A well-placed vug in hematite matrix is lined with lustrous, blue-green dufrenite botryoids. The two broken botryoids reveal the radial growth pattern of the dufrenite. This fine, old-time piece comes from a classic Cornwall locality - the Wheal Phoenix. The piece is accompanied by an expertly handwritten, faded label from an older collection.
