It came from an igneous breccia and was associated with khomyakovite (\u003Ca rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external free\" href=\"http:\u002F\u002Fwww.mindat.org\u002Fphoto-166793.html\">http:\u002F\u002Fwww.mindat.org\u002Fphoto-166793.html\u003C\u002Fa> and \u003Ca rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external free\" href=\"http:\u002F\u002Fwww.mindat.org\u002Fphoto-166788.html\">http:\u002F\u002Fwww.mindat.org\u002Fphoto-166788.html\u003C\u002Fa>) and manganokhomyakovite (\u003Ca rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external free\" href=\"http:\u002F\u002Fwww.mindat.org\u002Fphoto-279269.html\">http:\u002F\u002Fwww.mindat.org\u002Fphoto-279269.html\u003C\u002Fa>) from which it is visually indistinguishable. (Most xls are zoned. This particular xl may or may not be predominantly ferrokentbrooksite but the analysis showed ferrokentbrooksite on this specimen and it appears to be the most common eudialyte group member in this find.) This find (in igneous breccia) produced ferrokentbrooksite (\u003Ca rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external free\" href=\"http:\u002F\u002Fwww.mindat.org\u002Fphoto-166795.html\">http:\u002F\u002Fwww.mindat.org\u002Fphoto-166795.html\u003C\u002Fa> ), manganokhomyakovite and khomyakovite (\u003Ca rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external free\" href=\"http:\u002F\u002Fwww.mindat.org\u002Fphoto-166793.html\">http:\u002F\u002Fwww.mindat.org\u002Fphoto-166793.html\u003C\u002Fa> ). (According to Pavel Kartashov, there may be other, undescribed, eudialyte group members as well.) But the xls are generally zoned. The analysis for this specimen showed a core of ferrokentbrooksite with a shell of manganokhomyakovite. However this particular xl may have a different structure. It is impossible to distinguish eudialyte group members visually at MSH. For this particular occurence I estimate that ferrokentbrooksite &gt;&gt; manganokhomyakovite &gt; khomyakovite.
