Konnert, Howard T. Evans, Jr., James J. McGee, and George E. Ericksen in 1994 in honor of Humberto Fuenzalida Villegas (27 March 1904, Curicó, Chile - 24 February 1966, Santiago, Chile), geographer, geologist, paleontologist, academic and naturalist. He was director of the National Museum of Natural History between 1948 and 1964.
