Morphology

flamelike aggregates and veinlets, to 20 µm across, in rims and intergrowths with other tellurides and sulfides

Type-locality form

Intergrowths with radhakrishnaite, as 20-40 µm aggregates that replace altaite inclusions in galena. Flame-like and veinlet-like aggregates through in the inner parts of altaite grains.

Comment

Point Group: 2/m 2/m 2/m, mm2, or 222.; Space Group: Pmmm, Pmm2, or P222.
