Type-locality form

Occurs as a disseminated mineral with a modal abundance of about 0.01%. Grains occur most commonly within patches of sulfides with minor silicate. Grain size is from a few micrometers to 200 µm, with an average of about 60 µm and shape is equant to elongated and semiprismatic.
