Morphology

Crystals equi-dimentional or short prismatic [100]; also skeletal or crusted. Easily dehydrates to a pseudomorph of newberyite after phosphorrösslerite.

Type-locality form

Crystals equidimensional or short prismatic, rarely tabular; often in twinlike intergrowths. Also skeletal crystals, drusy crusts and kidney or hyalite-like forms.
