Morphology

Elongated along [001], flattened, and always twinned to pseudo-orthorhombic symmetry. Frequently bevelled by (110) and very rarely terminated by (101).

Twinning

On (100), probably universal, as contact twins.

Type-locality form

Yellow earthy material and as monoclinic lath-like crystals.
