Stubby, prismatic striated crystals

Epitaxy

Hedenbergite whiskers epitaxial on babingtonite (Nagashima and Nishio-Hamane, 2018). Platy crystals of scandiobabingtonite forming a thin rim around green-black prismatic crystals of babingtonite at <l id=2103>Seula Mine, Italy</l> (Orlandi et al. 1998).
